Employability Celebrations - The Purvis Group & Fife Council

We were delighted to be asked along to the Rothes Halls to celebrate four successful years of Fife Council’s pioneering Fife Job Contract scheme.

Service Manager Lucinda McAllister & Grant Leaburn recognised the efforts of the employers who have supported learners, tailored roles and offered job opportunities to job hunters that may face barriers into employment.  

Realm Construction, Hatrick Bruce and Duncan Pryde have all offered opportunities which offer on the job training plus enhancing job prospects through Apprenticeship programmes and SVQ options.

Support from Fife Job Contract enables Employability teams, job hunters and employers to collaborate to meet the employment needs tailored to the employers whilst bridging skills gaps.  Our youth development strategy aims to utilise the phenomenal skills and experience that our ageing workforce have and share this with the next generation.  

We look forward to continuing our relationship with the FJC team in the future.
